The role

We are looking for a Backend heavy Fullstack Developer to help shape the future of Inspira, one of Wisentics core platforms. A system that helps insurance companies, and their customers, manage administrative processes within claims handling and health declarations. You will be instrumental in driving the technical development, making key design decisions, and helping in reducing legacy while building a sustainable, future-proof SaaS product. We’re hiring several developers, both mid-level and senior.

Key responsibilities

• Here, you’ll play a key role in taking Inspira to the next level. As part of a small development team, you’ll help create solutions that truly make an impact, both for today’s users and for the future.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using .NET 10.
  
• Collaborate with the development team to make informed technical decisions and lead modernization initiatives.
  
• Engage with product and business teams to understand customer needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  
• Reduce technical debt and contribute to establishing a scalable, maintainable architecture.
  

Who we think you are

• Has extensive experience in .NET/C# backend development, preferably within SaaS and microservices environments.
  
• You’re a developer who approaches problems with a product mindset, balancing technical decisions with user value and long-term product goals.
  
• Is comfortable working across the full stack and open to engaging with frontend technologies like Angular.
  
• Possesses experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.
  
• Can independently break down complex user stories and lead technical initiatives.
  
• Is curious, eager to learn, and stays updated on modern technology trends.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
